The house rules.

1. Acceptance

By visiting reppit.in, joining our waitlist, or submitting a gym owner enquiry, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using Reppit on behalf of a business (for example, listing a gym you manage), you confirm you're authorised to do so. If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the site.

2. Who operates Reppit

Reppit (“we”, “us”, “our”) is currently operated as a sole proprietorshipby Nachappa P R, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We're in the process of incorporating as a private limited company; these Terms will be updated when incorporation is complete.

3. What Reppit is (today)

Reppit is building a gym discovery platform for India. At this stage, the site is a pre-launch landing page. The only things you can do right now are:

• Read about what we're building.
• Join the waitlist so we can tell you when we launch in your area.
• If you own a gym, ask us to call you about listing.

There are no live gym listings, no trial bookings, no reviews, and no payments on the site yet. We'll publish updated Terms before any of those features go live.

4. Joining the waitlist

• You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or submit any form on Reppit.
• Please give us a real email address and real information — fake entries clog our launch list and waste everyone's time.
• Joining the waitlist doesn't create an account or any binding contract. You can unsubscribe anytime by emailing privacy@reppit.in.
• We may send you one or two emails around launch. We won't spam you.

5. If you're a gym owner

• By submitting the gym owner form, you confirm that you own or are authorised to act for the gym you're naming, and that the phone number you gave us is correct.
• You're asking us to call you — nothing more. Submitting the form doesn't create any contract, paid or free, and doesn't list your gym on any platform.
• When we do call, we'll explain how the free listing works and what we'll need from you. You're free to proceed or walk away.

6. What you can't do

Please don't:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from reppit.in without written permission.
• Submit fake names, fake phone numbers, or impersonate anyone.
• Use the site to harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.
• Attempt to probe, attack, or circumvent our security. If you spot a vulnerability, please tell us responsibly at grievance@reppit.in.
• Use our name, logo, or brand elements in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement, without permission.

7. Our brand & content

The Reppit name, logo, design, copy, and other site content are owned by us (or licensed to us). You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute them without permission, except for normal browsing and for linking to the site.

8. Liability

We provide the site “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free — especially at this pre-launch stage.

Because Reppit doesn't offer bookings, payments, or any paid service yet, there's very little that can go wrong between us. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

These Terms will evolve as Reppit evolves — we'll publish a full set of Terms before the product launches. We'll notify people on our waitlist of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Grievance & contact

If something we've published is wrong, or you have a complaint about how we've handled your data or your enquiry, please write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@reppit.in. We'll acknowledge within 48 hours and respond in full within 15 days, as required by Indian law. Full grievance contact details are in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law (which may give consumers the right to sue where they live), the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Reppit.

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable by a court, the remainder will continue in full force.
